LabREACH Product Summary LabREACH is a module for ClinREACH for viewing discrete lab results. The results presented are color coded based on whether the particular value is low, high, critical, or normal. Full ordering and resulting information is easily available, and results from multiple tests can be selected and graphed with only a few mouse clicks. Microbiology culture summaries and anatomic pathology reports can also be collected and organized with the general lab results. LabREACH Product Details LabREACH receives, organizes, and presents discrete lab results for easy lookup on the web. A job on the Cerner system is set up to send verified test results to the ClinREACH server every 7-10 minutes. The results are saved and indexed by patient medical record number. The user sees a grid of the lab results available, test type by date and time. At a glance the numeric result is visible, and the background of the result cell is color coded based on whether the value is low, high, critical, or normal. One click on the result cell opens a window with full ordering and result information, and with just a few clicks the results from multiple tests can be graphed over a period of time. Microbiology culture summaries and anatomic pathology reports can also be collected and organized with the general lab results, although the color coding and graphing features are not available for these sections.
