FormREACH Product Summary FormREACH is a module for ClinREACH for managing standard forms such as UB92. The form templates are archived in PostScript format, and the information can be filled in online. The completed form is then synthesized from the template and the user-supplied information, optionally converted to PDF format, and can be stored or printed as needed. FormREACH Product Details FormREACH is a module for ClinREACH which provides for acquisition of forms over the web. Any form can be programmed as a PostScript template. This form and accompanying data can then be obtained from any source system connected via TCP/IP and stored electronically. This capability allows the user to quickly access, print, or electronically transmit forms such as UB92, HCFA 1500, etc. This application was designed to diminish paperwork, expedite look-ups, and easily re-print forms. The form can be indexed by any piece of data on the form such as name, medical record number, financial number, etc., for later search. In addition, we provide the ability to add a signature on a given location on the form. The signature will look exactly as the original signature, as the original will be scanned and stored in the PostScript form template.
