Donor Maintenance Suite This is a suite of programs designed to maintain a consistent and complete DM file. These programs include: a program for finding duplicate donor names, based on first and last names (shown in the sample) a program for finding donor numbers which do not conform to a standard (such a a 9 digit social security number) a program for finding deferral codes in the DO file which are not reflected in the DM a program for identifying donors sharing the same last name and birthdate.
