Blood Product Quarantine Worksheet
This program lists each unit tested initially reactive the previous day, along
with the list of positive tests. For each unit, the list of the unit's blood
products are shown with their current statuses. There are spaces on the report
for techs to initial and date when the non-disposed products are placed in
quarantine, and to record whether the products are later released or disposed.
